Currently we are taking booking through facebook, you can check the booking status or ask a question using Facebook Messenger on our facebook page.
How do I change or cancel a booking after I’ve placed it?
To cancel an ASAP pickup or home wash, please call or message with us. Make sure to call us right away, as we may not be able to cancel the booking once the groomer is on their way to the location. If you scheduled a wash for a future date, you can cancel it or make changes using Facebook Page Services.
What if something goes wrong with my booking?
If there's a problem with your booking, contact our Customer Care Team via email and let us know. Keep your booking and groomer details for reference as we help you with your concerns.
